While the Stages and Exhibitor marquee are undercover, the rest of the event is outdoors. There will be plenty of outdoor seating but you may bring picnic blankets if you wish. Should you prefer softer seating on the stages you may wish to bring a cushion.
There will be several shopping opportunities onsite, in our Food Village, FT Bookshop and pop-up Exhibitor Village. While most vendors accept cards we would suggest also bringing cash. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. Please therefore bring relevant ID.

What security measures are in place at the event?

Thorough bag checks are made by our security team at the site entrance, we would appreciate your patience whilst these are carried out. We ask you to remain vigilant, ensure that you do not leave any belongings unattended and do not bring large bags to the event.
